Compliance Officer II-FLRB (Retail Small
Business)
GENERAL
FUNCTION:
The primary focus of
the Fair Lending & Responsible Banking Officer is to act as a
subject matter expert to the assigned line of business to ensure
that day to day business decisions adequately include an assessment
of the customer impact. The FLRB Officer is also responsible for
working side by side with the line of business to formulate a risk
mitigation strategy to address customer impact concerns.
Functional
Activity:

Oversight of the
assigned lines of business to ensure Fair Lending and UDAAP risk
are included in the strategy to deliver products and services to
market.

Review of line of
business policy and procedures to ensure they do not include items
that elevate Fair Lending or UDAAP risk.

Conducts independent
discussions with management at all levels regarding policy and
procedural requirements

Ability to draft
corrective action plans for management
approval

Oversight of adhoc and
target training related to Fair Lending and UDAAP corrective
action

-
Working with the line
of business to ensure that Compensation structures do not incent
adverse behavior.

Timely completion of
routine risk assessments

Timely completion of
routine management reporting templates
-

Ability to identify and
manage FLRB risk in multiple lines of
business

Conduct FLRB Officer
