A company is looking for a Remote Customer Care
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat
regarding lawn care services
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to
appropriate team members
Assist with service orders, renewals, and maintaining accurate
customer information
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or
service-based industry
Comfortable using computers and customer service platforms
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Must be reliable and able to work independently from home
A distraction-free environment to handle customer calls and
inquiries
