    Your Role as an STNA:
    As an STNA at Madonna Manor, you will:

    • Provide compassionate, quality care to meet residents' comfort, safety, and hygiene needs.
      
    • Assist residents in maintaining or improving their independence whenever possible.
      
    • Play an integral role in ensuring the well-being of our residents and creating a positive, supportive environment.
      
      Qualifications:
      
      • 
        
      • Current STNA license in Kentucky or a valid license from a reciprocal state.
        
      • Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
        
      • Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background check, ensuring a safe and supportive work environment.
