  What You'll Do:
  As an LPN at Madonna Manor, you will:

  • Provide safe, therapeutic care to residents from admission through discharge.
    
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
    
  • Use the nursing process to develop and deliver individualized care plans that promote residents' mental and physical well-being.
    
  • Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.
    
    What You'll Bring:
    
    • 
      
    • A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Kentucky or a valid license from a reciprocal state.
      
    • CPR certification (required).
      
    • Experience in long-term care (preferred but not required).
