Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Job
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36
hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered
Nurse (RN) Certifications: NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
Must-Have: May require floating to another mixed acuity floor Job
Description: - Provide care in an Oncology, Comfort Care, and Mixed
Acuity unit. - Work within a mixed acuity setting, including
Med-Surg and PCU patients. - Collaborate effectively with a team to
ensure patient safety and quality of care. - Maintain a patient
ratio of 1:5 or 1:6 in a 32-bed unit. - Utilize standard medical
equipment and electronic medical records (EMR) with Cerner. - Abide
by dress code requirements: Galaxy Blue top, Galaxy Blue or black
pants. - Refrain from wearing unacceptable attire such as
sweatshirts, Crocs, or shoes with holes, and ensure jackets are
