A company is looking for a Leadership Development Program
Manager to enhance their people-first culture and leadership

Key Responsibilities
Manage the analysis, design, development, implementation, and
evaluation of leadership development programs
Research and implement engaging, human-centered leadership
development content across various learning modalities
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programs align with
strategic initiatives and measure their effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
Experience in designing and managing large-scale leadership
development programs
Proficiency in budget management and application software (e.g.,
Microsoft 365)
Experience with learning management systems and virtual
platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed
organization
