Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Machine Learning to lead
and scale a team of data scientists and machine learning
engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote professional growth and collaboration among team
members
Oversee the development and maintenance of machine learning models
for personalized user experiences
Build and scale MLOps environments to facilitate efficient model
deployment
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine
Learning, or related field (PhD preferred)
7+ years of experience leading and managing teams
3+ years of experience managing machine learning engineers and
deploying models to production
Applied experience deploying NLP solutions and familiarity with
generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Extensive experience in deep learning and optimizing training on
large datasets
