people we love. The Manager of Warehouse Operations will lead a
critical team of supply chain professionals involved in building
strong internal and external partnerships to deliver on supply
chain objectives, strategy, and measures. This leader inspires and

day. This leader serves through transformational leadership roles

working. The Opportunity
- Directs the development, improvement, and management of
processes, systems, and procedures within Global Supply Chain
operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of products to
customers and sales affiliates.
- Drives a culture of employee development and opportunity
through open dialogue, coaching, etc.
- Lead or contribute to launch/change management, distribution,
and facilities management activities relative to Global Supply
Chain operations.
- Maximizes operational effectiveness by ensuring the leadership
team is focused on delivering timely results
- Design and implement processes to ensure teams are achieving
performance/quality expectations.
- Monitors and maintains the success, accuracy, status, and
operational effectiveness of implemented plans, policies, and
operating procedures.
- Provides leadership in using Quality Driven Management
techniques within the business, encouraging the use of analysis to
drive decision-making and development of improvements. Ensure the
Team understands expectations and how information is reported and
used.
- Oversee and optimize the utilization of resources, equipment,
and technology to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
across multiple shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure seamless
coordination between direct delivery, enabling functions, inbound,
storage, control tower, and other relevant functions.Who you are
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial
Engineering, or related operations discipline is strongly
preferred.
- 4 years of related experience.
- At least three (3-5) years experience in a
management/supervisory capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of Operations and Supply Chain in the
Diagnostics industry preferred
- Strong communication skills (oral and written), including
presentation skills, collaborative problem-solving, and analytical
skills.
- Experience with QDM, Lean, or Six Sigma Methodologies.The
expected salary range for this position is based on the primary
location of Indianapolis, IN. The Base Pay Range is $84,700 -
$157,300 Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience,
qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A
discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and
Company performance and participation in a long-term incentive
