Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Claims Manager to lead a
team in handling first-party commercial property claims.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of property claims including reserving,
evaluation, negotiation, and resolution
Provide coaching and development to team members while ensuring
adherence to quality standards
Analyze processes and workflows to identify opportunities for
improvement and efficiency
Required Qualifications and Education
Thorough understanding of property coverage laws and insurance
principles
Valid adjuster's license in appropriate jurisdictions or ability to
obtain one
Experience with first-party commercial property claims
Experience with commercial construction estimating
College degree or equivalent experience required
