Job Description:

A company is looking for a Patient Billing Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate payment status and determine patient financial responsibility
Collect outstanding balances and provide payment assistance options
Answer billing questions and ensure accurate call resolution

Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center
Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare or medical industry
Minimum 1 year of billing experience preferred
Basic PC and search engine abilities
