Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Operations Lead to manage
daily operations and reporting processes in a decentralized custody
marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage marketplace operations and ensure compliance with legal
agreements
Collaborate with Accounting for month-end close processes related
to fiat and crypto operations
Track and monitor crypto activity while assisting finance team with
asset reporting and liquidity forecasting
Required Qualifications
5+ years in the financial services industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or
related field
Familiarity with crypto operations and wallet management
Experience with Fund operations and working with Fund admins
Intermediate Excel skills and ability to learn new platforms like
Tableau
