Job Description:

Bickle Insurance seeks a driven and self-motivated Commercial Insurance Advisor in Cincinnati, OH. This role demands strong communication abilities and a deep understanding of the insurance products offered by the agency. The successful candidate will be tasked with acquiring and finalizing sales for both new and current commercial accounts, as well as maintaining the commercial clientele.

Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the goals outlined in the annual producer sales plan.
--- Identify and reach out to potential new clients within existing client base and target groups.
--- Initiate contact with prospects to provide quotes and schedule sales appointments.
--- Assess prospects' insurance needs, review current policies, and conduct Risk Management Reviews.
--- Gather detailed risk and underwriting information, including survey data and loss history.
--- Create and present comprehensive insurance proposals, detailing coverages, limits, and deductibles.
--- Collaborate with service personnel or marketers to submit company applications and select appropriate markets.
--- Conduct meetings with clients and prospects, present proposals and renewals, and address inquiries thoroughly.
--- Introduce clients to service personnel for ongoing assistance and direct service-related inquiries accordingly.
--- Stay updated on any service issues or claims and actively participate in resolving them when necessary.
--- Assist with renewals by reviewing expiration listings, collecting necessary information, and preparing submissions.
--- Maintain accurate production reports and actively participate in sales meetings.
--- Represent the agency and insurance industry positively within the community.
--- Stay informed about industry trends by attending training sessions and reviewing trade publications.
--- Undertake any other duties or projects assigned by agency management.

Qualifications:
--- Must have a proven track record in pursuing and closing sales successfully.
--- Ohio Property & Casualty license is required; if not currently licensed, must be willing to obtain one.
--- A minimum of three years of sales experience is necessary.
--- A valid driver's license is a must.
--- The candidate must own an insured vehicle and be legally eligible to drive to client meetings.
--- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with unscheduled interruptions.
--- The ability to sit for extended periods is required.
--- This role is public-facing and demands appropriate business attire.
--- Responsibilities will include local client and carrier visits during the workday, with occasional out-of-town travel.
