Administers direct and indirect patient care.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsApplicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. Delivers Patient-centered care reflecting the mission and values of Behavioral Health and Community Health Network. Participates in admission, screening, data collection and discharge for patients/families. Provides therapeutic interventions based on multi-disciplinary treatment plan, which includes monitoring the milieu, induvial therapeutic interactions, facilitation of psycho-educational groups, supportive counseling, and patient/family teaching. Ensures integrity of treatment milieu and safety for patients including the de-escalation of volatile situations. Four (4) years Bachelor's degree. (Required) One (1) year experience working in health care of human services field.
